What Eat.co is all about

If you have a passion for life, people, food and love (who doesn’t?!), then you’ve come to the right place!
Eat.Co is a site celebrating Connection, Community & Conscious Living by honoring the food we eat, the lifestyle choices we make and the stories we share.

Eat.Co is not just a website; it is our home and our global “dinner table” where we invite
anyone who is passionate about living his or her happiest and most blissfully authentic life
to sit with us and share personal stories, favorite recipes, a little bit of wisdom and a whole lot of love!

There are a few dedicated “cooks” working together in the Eat.co “kitchen” to joyfully create and serve all the goodness this site has to offer.

A group of dedicated yogis, each born in different parts of the world yet having all met at a yoga school on a tiny little island in Thailand, they joined together in common interest and intense passion for sharing a little love and light with the world. With hearts and minds combined, “Eat.co” was born with the passion to spark a revolution to feed and nourish the world through connection, community and conscious living.

Andrea Sabatini – Hello everyone, I’m Andrea and the founder of EAT.CO. From the first time I started to practice and teach Yoga, I have been focused on spiritual evolution and self-awareness. I quickly came to realize how important food and conscious eating was for my daily practice, and realized that mindfulness actually starts from this place. I decided to share this insight, passion and experience through EAT.CO, with the aim of increasing awareness from “love of food” to Self-love. I currently teach Yoga in Thailand and India for Agama Yoga. I teach with enthusiasm, passion, devotion and am immensely grateful to Swami Vivekananda Saraswati for the continuous inspiration.

Andrea Stumpf – Story-Telling Enthusiast and Co-creator of Eat.co
Born in the Midwest region of the United States and being “corn-fed and raised right” in the heart of America, Andrea has always had a passion for people and the connection created by culture, family history and the love felt between family and friends – and for life in general. Craving connection within herself and the world around her, Andrea has traveled the world studying spirituality, yoga and dance, opening her mind to new ideas and her heart to each person she meets and every moment lived. What she’s found is no matter where you go, what you learn or who you meet, it’s the love we feel for the Universe, ourselves, each other and this incredible gift of life that that makes it all worth living.
In addition to sharing stories of heart and health on Eat.co, Andrea now spends her days practicing yoga, writing her first book, teaching dance and creating connections in each moment. You can find more stories of travel, life and love at www.BornAgainBaby.com or dive into the dance and magic of the Divine Feminine at www.mysticalmovement.com
